Cancellation Policy

At Urban Bharat, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your order and the conditions applicable.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
2. How to Cancel an Order
To request cancellation:
- Email us at support@urbanbharat.com
- Share your Order ID and reason for cancellation
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch
- Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled
4. Prepaid Orders
- If cancelled before dispatch → Full refund will be issued
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
5. Orders Already Shipped
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable)
6. Cancellation by Urban Bharat
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
- Product out of stock
- Payment failure or verification issues
- Incorrect pricing or product information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
7. Important Notes
- Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after approval
- Customers are requested to respond promptly to confirmation messages to avoid auto-cancellation
