Cancellation Policy

At Urban Bharat, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can cancel your order and the conditions applicable.

1. Order Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible
To cancel your order, contact us immediately after placing it.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To request cancellation:
  • Email us at support@urbanbharat.com
  • Share your Order ID and reason for cancellation
Our team will confirm if your order is eligible for cancellation.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders must be confirmed via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch
  • Unconfirmed orders may be automatically cancelled
⚠️ Repeated fake or unconfirmed COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for that customer.

4. Prepaid Orders

  • If cancelled before dispatch → Full refund will be issued
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
⏳ Timeline: 5–7 business days

5. Orders Already Shipped

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
  • You may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable)

6. Cancellation by Urban Bharat

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases such as:
  • Product out of stock
  • Payment failure or verification issues
  • Incorrect pricing or product information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued (if applicable).

7. Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests after dispatch will not be accepted
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed only after approval
  • Customers are requested to respond promptly to confirmation messages to avoid auto-cancellation
