At Urban Bharat, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India
  • Delivery is handled through trusted logistics partners via Shiprocket

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via SMS/Email with tracking details.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Shipping Charges

  • ₹90 for orders below ₹499
  • ₹50 for orders between ₹500 – ₹1298
  • Free Shipping on orders above ₹1299
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations.
Important COD Guidelines:
  • COD orders may require confirmation via call/SMS/WhatsApp
  • Orders may be cancelled if confirmation is not received
  • Please ensure availability at delivery address

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:
  • Tracking ID
  • Courier partner details
You can track your order directly using the provided link.

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times, If the order is undelivered, it may be returned to us

⚠️ Re-shipping may require additional charges.

8. Delays & Issues

Delivery may be delayed due to:
  • Weather conditions
  • Festivals or high order volume
  • Courier service issues
  • Incorrect address or contact details
We are not liable for delays caused by external logistics factors.

9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details
  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or unavailability may incur re-shipping charges

10. Damaged Package

If the package appears damaged:

Do not accept the delivery OR Record an unboxing video

Report immediately at support@urbanbharat.com
