Refund and Returns Policy

At Urban Bharat, we strive to deliver premium quality clothing and imitation jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help—under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All tags, boxes, and accessories are intact

2. Non-Returnable Items (Important)

Due to hygiene and product sensitivity, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Earrings and certain jewellery items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used, worn, or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged/defective)

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Email us at support@urbanbharat.com
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos/videos of the issue
    • Our team will verify and approve the request

⚠️ Returns without approval will not be accepted.

4. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
  • If not serviceable, customer must self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges may be reimbursed (if approved case)

5. Refund Policy

Prepaid Orders

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–7 business days after approval

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Refund will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer (UPI / Account)
  • The customer must provide the correct payment details

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

You can:

  • Return the product (if eligible)
  • Place a new order separately

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive:
  • Damaged product
  • Missing item
Report within 48 hours with unboxing video proof (mandatory for claims).

9. Refund Rejection Conditions

Refunds may be rejected if:

  • Product is used or damaged by customer
  • Return request is raised after 48 hours
  • No proof provided (images/video)
  • Item returned without approval

10. Important Notes for Jewellery

  • Slight color/design variations may occur due to lighting
  • Imitation jewellery may have minor finishing variations
  • These are not considered defects
